So many places claim they offer "individuals when really what they offer are clusters or flares. In case you're wondering, true individuals require the isolation of one natural eyelash and placing one false eyelash extension onto the natural lash. The exception is Russian Volume lashes where you can place up to 8 lash extensions on one natural lash. The above picture is how the process looks from my angle while applying lash extensions. Do your research prior to choosing a lash artist!
