Eyeshadow Primer

A year or so ago, I went crazy buying a bunch of eyeshadow palettes.  Rather than stare at unused palettes in my closet, I've recently started  wearing eyeshadow to enhance my eyes.  It's super important to have a good base for your eyeshadow so the color is vibrant and so it doesn't wear off during the day. Also its important to have a good base so shadow doesn't collect in the creases of your eyes.  Urban Decay's Original Primer Potion is a PERFECT base.  It has a simple squeeze tube, goes on smooth and it almost feels moisturizing.  I've been using this for over two weeks now and I promise my shadow stays all day.  Doesn't matter the color.  Doesn't matter how cheap the eyeshadow.  Urban Decay is on point.

Russian Volume aka RuVol

Classic lash extensions are applied 1:1.  This means that one lash extension is applied to one natural eyelash at a time.  Russian volume, or RuVol for short allows you to apply multiple lash extensions that are lighter in weight to an individual eyelash.  Depending on the health of our natural lashes, you can place as many as 8 lash extensions to one of your natural lashes.  The fantastic thing about RuVol is that you can achieve a fuller look without damage to your natural lashes.  As always however, make sure you do your research when selecting a lash artist to perform this advanced technique.  

Lomasi Gel Nail Review

As much as I love going to a spa and getting pampered, it seriously adds up if you're going on a weekly basis.  I got this great Lomasi home gel nail kit as a gift and I promise, I've been using it religiously ever since! It goes for about $90 and each manicure lasts about 2 weeks without chipping.  It comes with 1 color  (which I've never used because it's a nude color) and I've purchased a few here and there from Amazon.  The gel colors are about $12 a piece. If you're like me in that you want to keep your nails looking great at all times, I'd recommend trying out this set.  

Fun Paper Lashes!

There's so much that you can do with eyelashes!  Check out these paper lashes that people use for special events.  I saw them used in the movie Hunger Games and turns out these are pretty popular.
